Kaylin and Ella are proud to provide equine veterinary services to the greater Kumeu region.  If your horse has any problems that you would like to discuss, we are more than happy to answer any questions.

Dr Kaylin Touche grew up in Texas, where she also attended vet school. She practiced in Texas and Georgia before moving to New Zealand and joining Veterinary Associates Equine – Kumeu. She has been a rider off and on all her life, and when she isn’t out with horses, she and her husband enjoy fishing and hiking.

Dr Ella grew up in New Zealand, Canada, France and Germany before returning to New Zealand where she graduated from Massey University as a vet. We understand how important it is for a horse to be confortable with any treatment it is recieving and being at their own home is often the best place for this to happen.

The Veterinary Associates Kumeu team offers a comprehensive mobile veterinary service meaning we come to you when and where you need us.  Our mobile facilities and equipment allows us to provide a wide range of veterinary services without you having to travel to a veterinary hospital.

Alternatively you can schedule an appointment at the Woodhill Sands equestiran complex, located just 10 mins north of Waimauku. This is especially good if you lack facilities (arena, flat ground, a mix of soft ground and hard ground), for pre purchase, to travel in to reduce mileage costs. Times limited to Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Otherwise, we will come to where your horse lives.  You can see a list of locations we cover below.
